Medium ruby with flucks of violet

Tannins run from the front to back of the mouth but are smooth

with tannins so soft you might think it were Merlot

El Vinyerons Saltamarti 2020 750-12 Size:750ml It’s sweet100% Tempranillo (Ull de Llebre in Catalan), and as always, 10% is from the previous vintage where the age gives stability to the wine, eliminating the need for preservative sulphur dioxide. Earlier picked and a shorter maceration than the previous year, this wine is light, fruitful and spicy. Electric red color, great with a slight chill. No added sulphites (but well made, super stable and good for glass pour).
