Syrupy texture with flavors dominated by pears, slowly overcome by the long buildup of spicepepper, clove, and cinnamonwith a final act of black cherry, black currant jelly, and praline. Dilution provides a shortcut to those fleshy dark fruits. Quite delicious and heartily recommended.
