Mani U Files minikut When to use IrriFlex®The Mani Ultrasonic File is a non sterile instrument, used by connecting to active devices and produces vertical reciprocating movement or lifting movement to enlarge the root canal. The ideal instrument to aid the irrigation of root canals. These files are used in conjunction with a 120 file holder which is fitted onto an Ultrasonic machine.
