3 Fonteinen Cask Finish Series Armagnac (Season 23/24) Blend No. 52 Size_330ml Our spontaneously fermented take onBottling date: 11 06 2024 For this Armagnac geuze, we blended lambic from two small Armagnac barrels from Domaine Laballe, a nano Armagnac distillery from Paerleboscq, France. We aged two and a half year old lambic for another good nineteen months before blending with some young lambic. The weighted average age of the blend amounts up to 36 months. All four lambics used in this blend, have been brewed with cereals from Pajottenland.
