Fisher Chardonnay Mountain Estate (NO UPC) 2022 Bottle:1 Cabernet Sauvignon100% Chardonnay. Whole cluster sorted, then lightly pressed. Juice cold settled for 24 hours and moved to barrel by gravity. Native fermented with no added yeasts. Fermented and aged 18 months in French oak barrels (26% new) No sulfite additions at harvest or during aging.
