Newfoundland 253i-266ii Miscellaneous otherwise Very Fine1941 1944 One cent to Forty eight cent, the complete set of thirty one imperforate blocks of four one from each Waterlow printing plate employed. This set was assembled by Robson Lowe after acquiring Waterlows files, a hand picked set with centre cross guidelines on each, some obscured by central Waterlow punch.
