Black Beer hardware click hereIt's black, and it's beer! Also known as a schwarzbier, our black beer is dark, smooth, and only contains subtle notes of roasted chocolate and coffee notes. Traditional schwarzbiers are actually lagers, but our kit comes with German Kolsch yeast, which stays clean and lager like when fermented cool (60F 68F). If you prefer a different yeast, such as German lager or California ale yeast, simply request it in the shipping instructions. Prost!
