after a hiatus due to mixing in younger barrels to keep up with demand

Inspired by a springtime hike in Big Sur botanical forward Elderflower and Sage, are balanced with savory exposed chaparral and terroir in Rosemary, Juniper and various roots. Brightened with Orange peel and other citrus. Complex and intriguing on the palate. Distilled over direct flame in micro batches. Bottled at 92 Proof and available in 750mL. I hand label the batch number on every bottle.
