Three of the bars in this package are 'superfoods' bars, and integrate ingredients such as pea protein, whole grain quinoa, MCT oil and spirulina. The other two bars in this package are made using natural whole food ingredients, such as organic cashew butter and organic dates. Shipping is included in the price.
