Tradicional Aejo is aged in charred American oak for at least a year and then finished in single malt Irish whiskey barrels for a rich, complex flavor and remarkably smooth finish. Primary notes of cooked agave, vanilla, hazelnuts, toffee and baking spices with secondary notes of tropical fruit. American oak adds notes of vanilla and nuts while finishing in Irish whiskey barrels adds
