Noble Coyote 'Tobala' Mezcal Country | Austria smoky…a slender & stylish redBased in San Luis Amatlan (Oaxaca), Noble Coyote uses four different types of local agave to produce their line of single origin mezcals, crafted by knowledgeable Maestro Mezcaleros. Each bottle depicts the specific agave type, lot, mezcalero, and bottle number, making every creation uniquely authentic. Tobala is a 12 year old, twice distilled bottling, full of smoky, wood driven flavors of spice, bacon, cracked pepper, and dried citrus.
