Silvertone, with black and cream enameling, along with rhinestones and a red glass cabochon eye. All rhinestones are present and appear original, a bit dulled with age. The enameling has some minor chips but overall, is in very good condition for its age. The clip measures 2 1 4" tall. The clip wiggles slightly but closes with a snap. Unmarked; tests negative for sterling.
