Springbank Local Barley 11 Year Old 55.1% Single Malt 2023 Release 70cl Pinot Noir deep and smoothThe 2023 release of the Local Barley sees a maturation mix of 55% sherry, 35% bourbon and 10% rum. Characteristically fruity on the nose from the outset, there are notes of papaya, mango and lemon with a slight floral touch. The palate is citrus rich combined with notes of manuka honey and pear drops. A salty, mineral notes develops. The finish has a whisper of soft peat smoke and has a rounded finish.
