This totem tells the story of a boy who got in trouble with the tribe by feeding the eagles

but before the 1960's (ish) they were not available and we had to put up with rubber boots that split out in the cold and got holes in them from sliding on barnacles and the rocks here

We are happy to use them for everything

I got about a dozen pictures of him and painted this

a glass of wine and a shower helps to start the celebration

AN 8 X 10 PIECE OF ART IS NOT 8 X 10 THE MAT IT IS IN WILL MEASURE 8 X 10 ON THE OUTSIDE EDGE A LATE LUNCH WE WERE FISHING OFF SHORE AND NOT HAVING ANY LUCK WHEN AROUND THE CORNER CAME THIS HUGE POD OF WHALES JUST DIVING AND FEEDING AS THOUGH THEY DIDN'T KNOW WER WERE THERE FIRST. IT WAS AN AMAZING SIGHT BECAUSE WHILE THE ADULTS WERE DIVING DEEP THE TWO BABIES IN THE POD WERE PLAYING A GAME TO SEE WHO COULD JUMP
