Near The Shore Geothermal Hot Springs monochrome colorsOne of my passions is upcycling and sustainability. This piece began with upcycling and giving a discarded object new life. The canvas was primed when I received it so I don't know what was under the white primer. I sat with the canvas for a while and continued to feel moved to paint water. Using black paint, I created a loose landscape and continued to be led by intuition. Not worrying about my marks, painting with excitement as I overlapped colors
