Crystalline, lush and dense on the palate, this is a textured Kabinett with sharp but imbedded acidity. This is a very young but promising Riesling with roughly 40 grams per liter of residual sugar that give texture and roundness yet not really a sweet taste due to the pungent mineral acidity.
