Reduction, and a bit of bitterness on the palate. Also medium plus acid. Medium lemon golden, viscous legs @13 % abv. Medium aromas of lemon, green apple, roasted pienapple. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol and body. Medium flavors of peach, yellow apple, pineapple, mango. Balanced, fruit driven rather than focus. Good length, focused finish with remaining fruit sugar
