In contrast to the prior two wines that should drink well young this is clearly going to need at least 5 to 6 years to round off the supporting structure

A bitter sweet taste and a nice acidic note

the wine has a fruit-driven profile that pairs well with a variety of foods

In past vintages it has been blended into other high quality Cline wines but the vineyard produces such a high quality Grenache that we wanted to show it off on its own

The aromas that surround the nose recount aromatic notes, from which emerge touches of pink grapefruit, capers, peach and ripe pear. On the palate it has a light, thin and delicate body, with a sip from which emerges a light sapid vein. Ideal to serve with appetizers and white meats, it is perfect to accompany risottos, fish and shellfish dishes.
