Ribera Del Duero, 'Montecastrillo Tinto', Finca Torremilanos sku_1572881-1 The 2017 Reserve Chardonnay is100% biodynamically cultivated Tempranillo from the estate's younger vines. Fermentation takes 9 days and malolactic occurs in 80% stainless steel and 20% in barrel. Elevage for three to four months in a mix of French and American 225L barrels.
