LP Phor Pae, a Thai Buddhist monk, became the head monk of Wat Pikul Thong Temple when he was only 26 years old in 1931. The very respected monk was one of only 59 monks to receive the title 'Phra Thammuni', which is a very high ranking monk title, by the king of Thailand in the year 1996.
