Garnacha Blanca is the indigenous white of northeast Spain Garnacha's pale skinned sibling and Zorzal works it from organically farmed high altitude vines on stony clay and limestone in Navarra. Hand harvested and fermented with wild yeasts, this is a textural, mineral leaning white with real personality. The kind of bottle that quietly outclasses whites costing twice as much. Pour it cold and don't overthink it.
