Dictador Rum 20 Year Bottle:12 Hints of Mexican-style hot chocolateAged in a Solera system for between 14 and 24 years, this delicious Colombian rum was made by the Dictador company. It is brought down to bottling strength with demineralised water slowly drop by drop over a period of 28 days. Nose: Hints of oak and morello cherry. Orange blossom honey, dried cranberries and hints of smoke. Palate: Cigar leaves, Demerara sugar, manuka honey, cooked fruit and pepper. Spiced. Finish: Cinnamon and cedar wood.
