The nose is complex and deep: the fruity sensations of blueberry and blackberry prevail. When tasted, it is confirmed as an enveloping and intense wine, with a warm and balanced sip. Excellent persistence on slightly spicy nuances. Try it with risotto alla Biella, with Maccagno cheese (a type of toma), and with Paletta Biella, a pork sausage. Also try it with mixed boiled meats.
