It can easily pulled up and down with the rise and fall mechanism. The lamp is made out of metal and has a plastic top and ceiling cap. The lamp requires one E27 lightbulb and currently has an EU plug. [Condition] Very good. The lamp is in great condition. On the side of the ceiling cap scratches are visible, see last picture.
