Filey Bay STR Finish Single Malt Whisky 70cl Mellow corn matured in ex-bourbon and OlorosoDistilled in 2016, this distinctive and different single malt spent ifts first years maturing in bourbon casks before being moved to shaved, toasted and re charred red wine barriques from rioja to finish. The citrus and caramel flavours from the bourbon casks weave together with the red fruits of the rioja barriques, creating a complex whisky with spice and depth that's also light and floral. 6,000 bottles
